Ya... Was a tough day today but manage to make it. Althought the timing is like slower then last year but at least i tried my best by not giving up. Over there.. 1km is like very far... running like quite far but in the end only reach 1km only... Everday KM was a challenge to me. Last year's Marathon i was walking for quite long but the timing was more faster. Weird! This year strategy for me was treating the water point as a resting point.. jog jog non-stop to the water point.. walk, rest and drinking water.. After that continue to run run run.. Last till the last 1km where i increase my speed! CHIONG! But overall proud of myself that i manage to make it! Although there's alot of people whom are faster then me.. But i run the race for myself, not the others :)
